Ralph Mangum was a kind and generous man who supported his community. He was a man of integrity who believed in working hard and leading by example. The Ralph Mangum Memorial Scholarship was created to honor his memory and provide support to high school graduates driven to unlock their potential. We want all individuals to envision their goals and realize they have the ability to make their dreams a reality.
